Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Phil brought a traditional work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship when he arrived in the United States. His journey across the American landscape, honing his skills in the fast-paced environments of New York City, Dallas, and San Francisco, provided him with a world-class education in structural integrity and home systems.

Phil eventually settled in Northern Nevada, where he combined his deep construction background with a career in professional home and pest inspection. With over 30 years of experience and a California General Contractor’s license, Phil doesn’t just "fix things"—he understands the anatomy of a house from the foundation to the ridge vent.

Phil founded Celtic Home Services to provide a more personal, high-trust alternative for his neighbors. Whether he is acting as a "Watchful Eye" for an absentee owner or helping a senior resident navigate home maintenance, Phil’s mission is simple: to treat every home with the same care, vigilance, and integrity as if it were his own.
